✅ Do's
- Submit candidates exclusively through Ashby — never via email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp
- Complete every field in the submission template before submitting
- @mention Bárbara in the notes field on every submission
- Confirm NSFW comfort explicitly before submitting — every time, every candidate
- Check the Open Roles page before submitting — only submit for roles marked ✅ Open
- Check the country coverage table before progressing a candidate in a non-standard location
- Check the Off-Limits Companies list before submitting current employees of restricted partners
- Include a recording link for Path A roles, with public sharing enabled
- Flag competing offers or active processes in the submission notes
- Be transparent with candidates about the NSFW nature of the product from the very first conversation
- Share the Candidate Handbook with every candidate before their first interview
- Share any feedback, ideas, market insights you have with the team, it’s super helpful so we can collaborate better together!
❌ Don'ts
- Don't contact Hiring Managers directly — all communication goes through TA, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Don't submit the same candidate to multiple roles without flagging it
- Don't submit speculatively for roles that are paused or not listed as open
