This page covers everything you need to know about how we engage talent globally — contract types, country coverage, blocked regions, and what to expect once an offer is accepted

We use Deel (deel.com) as our global hiring platform, allowing us to engage top talent in over 160 countries without requiring a local legal entity in every market.
Depending on the country, we can engage candidates in one of two ways:
EOR — Employer of Record Deel employs the candidate on our behalf. We cover employer social security contributions and statutory benefits as required by local law. Best for candidates who want or require local employment status.
B2B — Contractor ➡️ Preferred The candidate operates as an independent contractor or through their own legal entity. No employer social security cost on our side. Best for candidates who are set up to work this way and where local regulations allow it.
Our preference by default is B2B. Where costs are low or negligible, EOR or B2B are both viable.
The interactive table below shows every country where Deel operates, the type of contracts available, the employer social security cost, and our hiring preference for each.
