🎯 How to Prioritize

• Attack P0 Roles First: These are our most urgent needs. We aim for a 30-day time-to-offer for these positions.
• Quality > Volume: One perfectly matched candidate is worth more to us than ten "maybe" profiles.
• Check the Off-Limits List: Ensure your candidates are not currently employed by our restricted partners, on this list here.
• If unsure whether a candidate is a fit, ask your TA contact before submitting

• The "Doer" Test: Does this person actually build things, or do they just "manage" processes? We only hire hands-on executors.
• Budget Alignment: Are they strictly within the ranges listed in the table below?
• Location & Deel Logic: Does their location align with our B2B vs. EOR preference? (Check this page before submitting).
• NSFW Comfort: Have you explicitly confirmed they are comfortable working with adults-only AI content daily?
